The Carousel Gantry Crane was designed for two operational radii of 20.5m and 11m. The crane is used to inspect the coiling of wind turbine cables in a cable basket.
Each Gantry system is build up with two movable crane systems in a track and includes an operator cabin. Operational reach of the Gantry system is approximately R20.5m but the track consist of a segment of 180 degrees. A center column is provided with spiral stairs to access the Operator Cabin.
