Dismanteling a windturbine

The Radar Support Mast provides support for a radar installed in the wind park in Gent. The mast was designed to be supported on the ground for a period of five years.

The main components of the structure are the mast, the base frame, which is overseen with 4 ballast weights according the performed calculations, a caged ladder and a maintenance platform.
