COIL HANDLING YOKE
The coil handling yoke is a concept developed for handling steel wire coils, and during the process its function can easily be changed from a 4 coils to a 2 coils spread.
This can be very beneficial, especially when lifting coils from a ship’s cargo hold and there is limited space.
CABLE DEPLOYMENT BOW
TILLEN has developed a bespoke and easy to use Cable Deployment Bow. The tool handles the cable from the moment it is released onboard the vessel until the moment it is lowered and deployed onto the seabed.
STAR-ROTOR LIFTING YOKE
The star-rotor lifting yoke is a lift frame concept that has been developed together with our client. Its purpose is to tilt and lift a fully assembled wind turbine rotor star, in a safe and controllable manner.
The yoke is designed to fit the dimensions of the specific star and provides a stable tilting- and lifting point.
SWIVELLING TRAVERSE
The swivelling traverse was designed as an add-on for harbor cranes. Various lifting tools, including vacuum pipe spreaders, can be attached by using twistlock fittings.
The tool also features a conventional crane hook in the center of the bottom side. The slewing ring allows the crane operator to align the unloaded cargo with waiting trailers.
